At Assocengrs, we are seeking a skilled Data and Analytics Officer to join our team. The Data and Analytics Officer will play a key role in analyzing data, generating insights, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Description

The Data and Analytics Officer will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. They will develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives. Additionally, the Data and Analytics Officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience<
