Director of Drilling Operations Overview:

At Assocengrs, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Drilling Operations to lead our drilling team. The Director of Drilling Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of drilling operations and ensuring the successful execution of drilling projects.

Job Description

The Director of Drilling Operations will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of drilling activities. They will develop and implement drilling strategies, manage drilling contracts and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Additionally, the Director of Drilling Operations will provide leadership and mentorship to drilling teams, drive performance improvements, and foster a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and technologies.
• Experience in managing drilling projects in diverse geographies and environments.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year on experience consideration
