Job Description

The Lead Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for leading mechanical design activities, managing project timelines and budgets, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and project management.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering successful projects.
• Strong technical skills in mechanical design, analysis, and simulation.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
