Job Description

The Lead Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and audits, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. They will also lead a team of quality control inspectors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
