Portfolio Director Overview:

At Assocengrs, we are looking for an experienced Portfolio Director to lead our portfolio management efforts. As a Portfolio Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our project portfolio, aligning projects with organizational goals, and driving strategic initiatives to maximize portfolio value.

Job Description

The Portfolio Director will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement portfolio management strategies, prioritize projects based on strategic objectives, and optimize resource allocation. They will also oversee project performance, monitor portfolio health, and communicate portfolio status and performance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex portfolios and delivering strategic business results.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in strategic planning, portfolio optimization, and resource management.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
