Supplier Coordinator Overview:
At Assocengrs, we are seeking a dedicated Supplier Coordinator to manage our supplier relationships and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services. The Supplier Coordinator plays a crucial role in optimizing supply chain efficiency and supporting our operational goals.
Job Description
The Supplier Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements, and monitoring supplier performance. They will also work closely with internal stakeholders to assess supply needs, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
